Ingredients

8 ounces buttermilk

8 ounces low fat mayonnaise

3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix

2 lg tomatillos, cut in chunks

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 clove garlic

1 lime (juice & peel)

1 med jalapeno pepper, seeded

Description

Delicious as a salad dressing for a Mexican-style salad, as a dipping sauce for burritos, or as a dip for chips.

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process till smooth.
